Can the host see the app when I share my screen?
No. The app is only visible on your own screen. When you share your screen, the host and everyone else on the call only see your normal screen. This works on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other call apps.
Does it help with coding and technical questions?
Yes. It can read the problem on your screen and help with DSA, coding questions, system design and other technical questions while the call is live.
Can I use headphones during the call?
Yes. It works with or without headphones and hears both your voice and the other person's voice either way.
Can I control the app with keyboard shortcuts?
Yes. You can get answers, hide the app or move it using only your keyboard. See the full list on the shortcuts page.
How are credits used in a session?
Each session uses credits in 30 minute blocks, and one block is 0.5 credits. A short call still uses one full block. If the call runs longer, the next block starts on its own, so you only pay for the time you use.
Do my purchased credits ever expire?
No. Your credits never expire, so you can use them whenever your next call comes up, even months later.
What is your refund policy?
You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from it. Once a session has used credits, that purchase can no longer be refunded. See the refund policy for details.
